- Más de 5 años de experiencia 5 años como Project Manager en entornos de desarrollo de software
- Certificación en PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) o similar (deseable).
- Conocimiento de herramientas como Jira, MS Project y Google Suite
- Capacidad para interactuar con perfiles C-Level (CEO, CTO, COO)

Experiencia:
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en empresas de medios de comunicación, agencias de publicidad o entornos digitales.

Definir objetivos, alcances, cronogramas y presupuestos en conjunto con las áreas involucradas. br>
Liderar reuniones de seguimiento y control, asegurando la correcta ejecución de las tareas asignadas. br>
Identificar riesgos y proponer acciones preventivas o correctivas.
Elaborar reportes de avance y resultados para la gerencia.
Garantizar la calidad de los entregables y el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos. br>
