Your Role as Business Development Manager:
As a Business Development Manager at LinkLoom, you’ll be at the forefront of forging connections and shaping partnerships that propel our metaverse ahead. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Grasping our offerings deeply to spot lucrative business prospects.
- Pioneering the development of strategic partnerships, alliances, and novel business avenues.
- Formulating and executing a business strategy to attract industry-leading clients.
- Researching and prioritizing partnerships aligned with our mission, cultivating a world-class business and sales pipeline.
- Negotiating and finalizing deals with potential partners.
- Building robust relationships with colleagues across internal teams.
Requirements:
- A robust network within the Web3/Crypto industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of Web3/Crypto business development experience.
- Proficiency in NFTs, blockchain technology, smart contracts, DeFi, and tokenomics.
- Proven experience in structuring and managing a sales process within a rapidly growing company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making prowess.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development/Sales Representative in the Staffing/Recruitment Industry. The role involves generating leads, performing market research, building strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The Business Development/Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
