Overview
HR Compliance & Continuous Improvement Analyst (On Site) — We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Compliance & Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our client's team in the Oil & Gas sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring compliance with local labor law requirements, optimizing HR processes, and supporting legal audits and data privacy audits.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with Local Labor Law requirements: Labor Law solvencies, labor law Hire apprentices (theoretical or practice), Conapdis, IVSS & Banavih
- Process the payroll variations by submitting benefits requests into an Excel file and attaching them to payroll every two weeks.
- Coordinate and provide support to the external legal counselor on the execution of legal audits and data privacy audits.
- Create payment requests for meal vouchers. Review and monitor paid amounts to comply with Government requirements; handle and monitor invoices with third-party vendors.
- Partner with Health and Medical and Health and Safety Committees to develop a plan to engage employees in their annual medical exams. Evaluate attendance each month.
- Maintain a proven track record of integrity and trustworthiness with confidential/sensitive information.
- Detail oriented with the ability to plan, organize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills; effective collaborator with multiple levels within the organization.
- Skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Identify and standardize, optimize and/or automate processes/systems.
- Maintain and/or update current HR tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related discipline with at least 1-5 years of experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and proficient in Excel, managing large databases.

**What You'll Do**
