Working Hours
  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, as follows:
  • Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:00PM (Chicago Time)
  • Saturday: 9:30AM to 3:00PM (Chicago Time)
  • Zoom meetings required during working hours.
Responsibilities
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available apartments.
  • Schedule apartment viewing tours. Communicate with customers primarily via phone calls (80%), as well as through text messages (15%) and emails (5%).
  • Assist customers in completing rental application forms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a sales field, preferably with a background in property management, real estate, property management, Airbnb, hospitality, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Having experience with working remotely is a plus
