**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the relationship with Trade Solutions, ensuring data accuracy in point-of-sale execution measurements and delivering monthly reports.
+ Conduct training sessions for the sales force on execution standards, measurement criteria, and results interpretation.
+ Analyse and propose distributor performance targets across key variables, identifying monthly incentive eligibility based on results.
+ Design incentive plans for distributors and Diageo's commercial team aligned with business goals.
+ Collaborate with the GDBS team to ensure accurate and consistent publication of commercial data.
+ Lead the implementation of the ISSY application for tracking Execution Standards and Sales Drivers.
+ Deliver training on ISSY usage and the associated web reporting tool.
+ Analyse Nielsen market data to define in-store share targets per distributor, assess competitive performance, and provide insights on value and volume share.
+ Support other departments, such as Commercial Innovation, by providing analytical reports on channels, pricing, segments, and other commercial data needs.
+ Contribute to the rollout of Lighthouse, Diageo's integrated data consolidation platform, ensuring alignment and adoption across teams.
**Experience / skills required:**
+ University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

+ Supports with JCP Negotiations for Top Accounts
