The Role:The Consultant analyzes client healthcare data residing within our proprietary and highly customized database, contributes to database improvements and innovation, and identifies trends, projects financial impacts, and collaborates with others to identify solutions and consulting for our clients.
- Perform as a Consultant on healthcare analytics generated from the database and analyze trends, quantify impacts, and forecast clinical care impacts including through market trends, new medications, plan design, pricing, financial and regulatory compliance, and administration issues.
- Act as a technical resource on health plans and managed care issues, providing colleagues with own perspective on relevant inquiries; and participate in training and mentoring initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership that distinguishes Segal in the marketplace including trend analytics and contribute to marketing and branding efforts by building analytic tools, presentations, and other opportunities to deliver innovative consulting to our clients.
- Collaborate with IT business partners on strategic solutions that continually expand our capabilities.
- 6+ years of health & welfare/managed care experience within a consulting and/or professional service environment. Corporate or insurance company experience may be acceptable provided the individual has prior consulting experience and/or knowledge and skills that are immediately transferable to consulting (i.e., large set data analytics, strategic/creative problem solving, business advisory orientation to addressing plan design/technical aspects of health & welfare and managed care plans, etc.).
- Expertise in and/or strong familiarity with healthcare claims, pharmaceuticals, and clinical care regimes and health and welfare plans and/or managed care arrangements and related issues.
- Expert level proficiency in SQL. Familiarity with Python, specifically, regression, clustering, and tree-based models, preferred.
- Proficiency in PowerBI including building and maintaining complex data models, as well as writing complex DAX functions and derived tables. Working knowledge of PowerBI server, permissions, and architecture preferred.
- Knowledge of visual best practices and the ability to implement in PowerBI.
- Bachelor’s degree in related sciences. Graduate level degree in data science, healthcare informatics, public health, actuarial sciences, statistics, or related sciences highly preferred.
- Demonstrated skills as an effective communicator (oral/written) and the ability to analyze and distill voluminous amounts of data into concise summaries that lead to fulfilling Segal’s mission of providing trusted advice that improves lives.

As an AI/ML Engineer on the Metrics Frameworks team, part of the Simulation, Evaluation, and Data organization, you will be an individual contributor focused on developing and optimizing infrastructure to accelerate autonomous vehicle development, testing, and deployment by creating specialized analytics frameworks and tools. We are seeking experienced software engineers to build analytical frameworks and tools that empower internal users to construct quantitative analysis pipelines and develop metrics. These metrics will support and accelerate feature design, prioritization, and development, as well as evaluate the impact of recently released features. Our analytics framework equally supports road event monitoring, data mining and training, and simulation metrics.
About the Organization: The Simulation, Evaluation, and Data organization is dedicated to advancing the development of autonomous vehicles through cutting-edge simulation technologies. The Metrics Frameworks team within this organization focuses on creating, maintaining, and evolving the analytics framework that supports GMu2019s goal of safe, high-performing, and scalable driverless technology. The team delivers robust and scalable tools that facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the AV feature development lifecycle. We collaborate closely with Simulation Evaluation, Embodied AI, and System and Test Engineering teams to enhance productivity across the organization by developing automation tools and shared libraries for all engineering teams. We are accountable for the performance, reliability, and scalability OKRs of the analytics framework. This includes, but is not limited to, developing customized analytics workflows, improving operational telemetry and dashboards to track relevant KPIs for prioritization, and identifying, designing, and implementing solutions to achieve key results.
What You’ll Do- Create tooling that can receive signals from various sources (Simulation, Road, etc) and allow users to easily build quantitative analysis pipelines to extract usable insights.
- Accelerate team’s effectiveness and efficiency by designing and implementing scalable automation tools for test creation, data collection and analysis, debugging, and performance monitoring.
- Design and implement extensible and well-tested shared libraries that will be used by many engineers across the organization.
- Collaborate with other frameworks and data infra teams to build and deploy tools to improve productivity.
- Work closely with autonomous vehicle engineering to enable rapid development and model feedback.
- Maintain a high technical standard for code quality on the team, through architectural design and code reviews.

The salary range for this role is ($118,000 and $188,400). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

Overview
The Data Governance Analyst performs analytical tasks necessary to develop recommendations to refine methodologies, procedures, processes and controls necessary to minimize the liability, risk and cost of retaining hardcopy and electronic data. - Prepare recommendations for the design or reengineering of processes and procedures to facilitate compliance with records and information management program requirements.
- Move, tag, and set the appropriate security settings on electronic documents. Conduct initial investigation into alerts triggered by potentially inappropriate document exports.
- Assist with the review of output from periodic scans of documents in the document management system.
- Support the process for document entitlement reviews in accordance with client requirements.
- Assist with file release, destruction, and electronic workspace organization projects in accordance with department policies and procedures.

Entre 20 a 27 años.(INDISPENSABLE)
Al menos 1 año de experiencia en cargos similares (Asistente de oficina,atención al cliente, caja, recepcion)
Manejo de paquete office y actividades de oficina
Residenciada en caracas (Zonas cercanas preferiblemente)
Bachiller o TSU en Administración o afines (NO MÁS)
