How you will contribute- Support, improve, and execute the company's labor relations activities
- Assist with and conduct union contract negotiations
- Devise and direct positive employee relations activities with an integrated Lean 6 Sigma and HPWS focus
- Provide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievances
- Collaborate on developing and delivering training, staying abreast of trends and developments in labor relations
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Relevant labor relations or human resources experience
- Experience in labor negotiations, contract administration, and/or union-free campaigns, with prior CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Ability to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership, management, associates, and union representatives
- Drive for results and customer service orientation
- Project management skills and proactive work management
- Proven track record of performance results, meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities

Requisitos Indispensables:
- Título universitario de Abogado/a, debidamente colegiado/a. br>- De tres (3) a cinco (5) años de experiencia comprobable en el área de derecho laboral, preferiblemente en empresas o instituciones de tamaño considerable, manejando casos de litigio, consultoría y negociación colectiva. Se valorará experiencia en el sector salud.
- Dominio actualizado de la legislación laboral venezolana (LOTTT, reglamentos, jurisprudencia y otros instrumentos normativos). br>- Experiencia demostrable en la representación de casos ante tribunales laborales y organismos administrativos. br>- Habilidad para analizar situaciones complejas, identificar riesgos y proponer soluciones estratégicas y preventivas. br>- Excelente capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita, con habilidades para redactar informes, dictámenes y documentos legales de alta calidad.
