Este no es un puesto de escritorio. Eres el Arquitecto de la Confianza y el Guardián de la Armonía Laboral. Tu misión es simple, pero épica: asegurar que cada pago sea perfecto, legal y puntual, mientras mantienes un clima de colaboración que nos permita enfocarnos en salvar vidas.
ERES EL SABER HACER: El Maestro Dual
Aquí no basta con saber de Excel; se trata de ser un conocedor laboral-financiero.
- El Dominio Legal-Financiero: Necesitas ser un Ninja de la LOTTT, el FAOV y el SSO. Un experto que no solo aplica la ley, sino que la interpreta de forma proactiva para blindar a la empresa. Tienes que ser tan brillante en el cálculo de nómina como en la aplicación de la normas laborales internas.
- El Cerebro del Sistema: Manejas nuestro sistema de nómina como un director de orquesta. Te encargas de que las múltiples fuentes de compensación (bonificaciones, variables, acuerdos) se sincronicen perfectamente, asegurando que cada céntimo vaya donde debe ir.
- El Negociador Frío: Tu superpoder es la comunicación estratégica. Necesitas habilidades superiores de negociación para interactuar con audiencias clave, manejar inspecciones laborales sin sudar y resolver conflictos internos con la discreción y el tacto de un diplomático corporativo. Eres el mediador de la paz social.
Aquí se resuelven problemas, no se hacen preguntas simples.
- Pensamiento de Consecuencias: Tienes que operar con un pensamiento legal-estratégico de alta velocidad. Debes anticipar: "¿Cómo afectará este ajuste de nómina al clima laboral mañana?" o "¿Cómo podemos estructurar este expediente disciplinario para evitar un litigio de alto costo?". Anticipar es tu principal KPI.
- El Desafío Analítico: El rol te exigirá resolver la geometría variable del conflicto laboral, analizando situaciones complejas, aplicando la ley con precisión de cirujano y proponiendo soluciones que protejan nuestra reputación y posición legal.

- Guardianes de la Reputación: Tu exactitud no solo protege el flujo de caja, sino que asegura la reputación y la credibilidad de FC Laboratorios. Un fallo en la nómina es un fallo en la confianza.
- Autonomía de Alto Nivel: Operas bajo un marco legal estricto, pero posees la autonomía táctica para tomar decisiones cruciales sobre la ejecución de pagos y la gestión de procesos laborales en tiempo real. Eres la voz experta que define el curso de acción.
- Influencia Estratégica: Manejas la información financiera más sensible de la empresa e influye directamente en la armonía con nuestros Colaboradores. Tu gestión es un pilar fundamental del presupuesto operativo (OpEx).
- Formación: Licenciado(a) en Derecho, Relaciones Industriales, Contaduría Pública o Administración.
- Experiencia Relevante: Mínimo 5 años en gestión integral de nómina y Relaciones Laborales, con experiencia comprobada en asuntos laborales y compliance en entornos farmacéuticos o manufactureros venezolanos (alto volumen y riesgo).
- Competencias clave: pensamiento estratégico, orientación a la precisión (obsesión por el detalle), negociación efectiva y una inquebrantable ética de confidencialidad. Buscamos a alguien ágil ante los cambios legales y tecnológicos.
