Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de profesionales del área de Sistemas (Computación, Informática y similares), para ocupar el cargo de Desarrollador Web.
ResponsabilidadesDesarrollo, optimización y mantenimiento de aplicaciones y páginas web.
Análisis de requerimientos funcionales y estimación de requerimientos, en conjunto con el Gerente de Proyectos y Líder Técnico.
Análisis de wireframes, bocetos y diseños de aplicaciones web, junto con el equipo de diseño.
Manejo de contenido de sitios web (CMS), de tiendas en línea (eCommerce) y de cursos en línea (eLearning).
Apoyo en el proceso de despliegue de la aplicación web.
Amplia experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones y páginas web, usando PHP como lenguaje de programación.
Dominio avanzado de HTML5, CSS3, jQuery y Javascript.
Sólidos conocimientos de Programación Orientada a Objetos.
Experiencia en al menos un framework de desarrollo, por ejemplo: Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony.
Experiencia trabajando con al menos uno de los siguientes RDBMS: MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
Experiencia con al menos un sistema de gestión de contenidos (CMS), por ejemplo: Wordpress, Joomla y Drupal.
Manejo de al menos uno de los siguientes sistemas de control de versiones de código: GIT o SVN.
Experiencia en desarrollo web responsive.
Conocimientos básicos de Usabilidad en aplicaciones web.
Dominio de estándares de W3C.
Conocimientos en algunas de las siguientes plataformas/tecnologías de front-end: Node.js, Angular.js, Bootstrap.
Experiencia en el diseño, desarrollo y consumo de servicios, usando tecnologías como: SOAP, APIs RESTFul, XML, JSON.
Experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones eCommerce sobre la plataforma de Magento.
Experiencia trabajando con bases de dato NoSQL como MongoDB.
Familiarizado con metodologías Ágiles de desarrollo de software, como Scrum y Kanban.
Dominio del idioma Inglés.
Programación en los siguientes lenguajes de programación: Java, Python, Ruby.
Experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones móviles híbridas, usando frameworks y tecnologías de desarrollo front end como: Phonegap, Cordova y jQuery Mobile.
Experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles nativas (iOS y/o Android).
Manejo básico de herramientas como: Adobe Illustrator, FireWorks, Photoshop.
Conocimientos básicos en Diseño Web y maquetación.
Experiencia con algún motor de búsqueda como Solr o ElasticSearch.

- Perform remote or on-site troubleshooting, testing, validating, and commissioning as needed.
- Building and reviewing technical and code documentation.
- Supporting projects, evaluating, and mitigating risks related to business operations and product
- offerings, such as reviewing app vulnerability and remediation.
- Show adaptability and creativity when collaborating and building creative solutions to problems faced by both clients and team members.
- Collaborate with directors, clients, and team members to build the best possible product and provide high-quality service to develop and roll out software solutions to suit their needs and business operations.
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer or mechanical engineering, Computer Science, information technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Experienced in API-driven development (e.g., RESTful, Microservices, and Spring Boot) and Testing/tools (e.g., SoapUI, Postman).
- Experienced with Unit Tests and tools (i.e., JUnit, Mockito, Jest), knowledge of QA methods and code reviews.
- Test Driven Development (TDD) knowledge/experience is a huge asset.

We provide services in the field of industrial technology, including Electrical & Instrumentation, Industrial Ethernet, Cyber-security, Automation Integration, and Data Visualization & Analytics, in addition to backing each department with a strong field maintenance support team.
What You will Do:
Pengcorp is seeking a knowledgeable and talentedFull Stack Software Developer with experience building applications from start to finish to build cutting-edge software for clients in the Oil and Gas industry. Working directly under the Director of Industrial Operations, the successful candidate will be:
- Supporting, troubleshooting, testing, implementing, and validating new and existing applications and infrastructure.
- Perform remote or on-site troubleshooting, testing, validating, and commissioning as needed.
- Building and reviewing technical and code documentation.
- Supporting projects, evaluating, and mitigating risks related to business operations and product
- offerings, such as reviewing app vulnerability and remediation.
- Show adaptability and creativity when collaborating and building creative solutions to problems faced by both clients and team members.
- Collaborate with directors, clients, and team members to build the best possible product and provide high-quality service to develop and roll out software solutions to suit their needs and business operations.
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer or mechanical engineering, Computer Science, information technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Experienced in API-driven development (e.g., RESTful, Microservices, and Spring Boot) and Testing/tools (e.g., SoapUI, Postman).
- Experienced with Unit Tests and tools (i.e., JUnit, Mockito, Jest), knowledge of QA methods and code reviews.
- Test Driven Development (TDD) knowledge/experience is a huge asset.
- Good understanding of and experience in RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL Databases such as MongoDB.
- Knowledge of DevOps Concepts and components: Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Linux.
- Experienced with deploying applications to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience working in Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.
- Experience with UI Libraries/Frameworks such as Vaadin/GWT, JavaFX and Bootstrap is not required but a huge asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, interpersonal, analytical, time management, and collaborative skills.
- Experience with Oil and Gas mechanical engineering is a huge asset.
