Descripción del puesto:
Como Líder de Proyecto de Odoo, serás la pieza clave en la planificación, ejecución y entrega exitosa de proyectos de implementación de Odoo. Serás el responsable de guiar tanto al equipo interno como a nuestros clientes a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto, logrando una implementación de Odoo que se alinee con los procesos de negocio específicos del cliente.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Liderazgo de Proyectos: Dirigir y gestionar proyectos de implementación de Odoo desde el análisis inicial de requerimientos hasta la puesta en marcha y el soporte post-implementación.
- Planificación y Ejecución: Desarrollar planes de proyecto detallados, asignar recursos, establecer cronogramas y supervisar el progreso para garantizar la entrega a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
- Análisis Funcional: Realizar el levantamiento de procesos de negocio del cliente, identificar necesidades y proponer soluciones efectivas utilizando los módulos de Odoo.
- Gestión del Cliente: Servir como el punto de contacto principal para el cliente, gestionando sus expectativas, comunicando los avances del proyecto y garantizando su satisfacción.
- Configuración a medida: Realizar la configuración de cada una de las aplicaciones de Odoo para cumplir con los requisitos específicos y flujos de negocio del cliente.
- Capacitación y Soporte: Coordinar y ejecutar la capacitación a los usuarios finales y ofrecer soporte durante cada fase de la implementación, para asegurar una adopción exitosa del sistema.
- Demos de Odoo: Apoyar al equipo de ventas en la preparación y presentación de demostraciones de Odoo a clientes potenciales.
Requisitos del puesto:
- Experiencia en Gestión de Proyectos (Indispensable): Experiencia sólida y demostrable de al menos 3 años liderando proyectos de software, idealmente en el ámbito de implementación de sistemas ERP como Odoo. Eres la persona que buscamos si sabes planificar, ejecutar, gestionar recursos y comunicarte eficazmente para llevar un proyecto al éxito.
- Conocimiento en Sistemas ERP (Indispensable): Comprensión profunda de los procesos de negocio (ventas, compras, inventario, contabilidad, etc.) y experiencia trabajando con algún sistema ERP. La capacidad para analizar y mapear los procesos del cliente es fundamental.
- Comunicación Efectiva con Clientes (Indispensable): Excelentes habilidades de comunicación. Debes ser capaz de dirigir reuniones, realizar levantamientos de requerimientos, gestionar expectativas y construir una relación de confianza y colaboración con nuestros clientes.
- Conocimiento en Odoo (Altamente Deseable): Tu postulación tendrá un valor añadido muy significativo si posees experiencia previa en Odoo o conocimiento funcional en sus principales módulos (Ventas, CRM, Compras, Inventario, Contabilidad, Fabricación, etc). Estamos dispuestos a invertir en tu capacitación si demuestras tener una base sólida en gestión de proyectos y sistemas ERP.
- Resolución de Problemas: Capacidad analítica y proactividad para identificar riesgos, proponer soluciones y tomar decisiones.
- Formación Académica: Título universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Industrial, Administración o carrera afín.
- Residencia: Residenciado en Venezuela, preferiblemente en el estado Lara o con disposición para colaborar de forma remota. En el caso de modalidad remota, indispensable conexión a internet rápida y estable.
